- Question: Why are some of the cities not shown on the map?
Answer: We initially limited our scope on what city should be shown on the map. We showed only provincial capitals, cities reported directly to the central government (Direct Administrative Cities and Cities in one country two systems), and Top Tier1 cities. Then we expanded the scope and showed the top five cities in each of the provinces. - Question: What criteria did we use to pick the countries for showing the development metrics?
Answer: We combined the set of five countries with the highest nominal GDP in 2025 with another set with the highest projected GDP in 2050. The countries in the 2025 set are: US, China, Germany, India, and Japan. The countries in the projected 2050 set are: China, India, US, Indonesia, and Germany. So the countries in the combined set are: China, India, US, Germany, Indonesia, and Japan. - Question: Why are some of the famous Tang poems not included in the Tang Poems Song Lyrics story?
Answer: The poem may not be included if it is not related to a place on the map. - Question: Why are some of the heroes not included in the Historic Figures story?
Answer: We tried to include the best candidates for the historic figures. Unfortunately we picked around ten heroes in each dynasty. So some of the candidates were left out. The decision on who should be picked could be quite subjective. If you feel strongly that the candidate should be chosen as a hero, please send us your suggestion and we will look into your suggestion.
